Welcome to Carrycrafts. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

Carrycrafts operates this website to sell tote bags, 3D printed products, and custom-made items. These Terms apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

  • We sell custom and non-custom physical products, including tote bags and 3D prints.
  • Product images are for representation only. Minor variations in color, print alignment, or finish may occur.
  • All custom designs submitted by customers are printed as provided. We are not responsible for design errors submitted by the customer.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Suspicious activity or fraud
    • Incorrect pricing or product details
    • Operational limitations

If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • CarryCrafts does not store your payment details.

5. Custom Orders

  • Custom products (including personalized tote bags and 3D prints) are made-to-order.
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Wrong item delivered

This is non-negotiable.

6. Bulk Orders

  • Bulk pricing and timelines are agreed upon before order confirmation.
  • Once approved and paid, bulk orders cannot be canceled or returned unless defective.
  • Delays caused by customer-side approvals or design changes are not our responsibility.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Shiprocket and its courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors.
  • CarryCrafts is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for failed delivery.
  • Re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

8. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Claims must include valid proof (images/videos) and be submitted through our official process.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Customers must report damaged/defective items within the specified time frame (as per Refund Policy).
  • Proof must be submitted via our official form (including images of the product and packaging).
  • Claims without proper proof will be rejected.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (designs, images, branding) is owned by CarryCrafts.
  • Customers must ensure they have rights to any custom design submitted.
  • We are not liable for copyright violations in customer-submitted content.

12. Limitation of Liability

CarryCrafts shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays in delivery beyond our control
  • Minor variations in product appearance

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Abuse return/refund systems
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Violation may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

14. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms including:

  • Razorpay (payments)
  • Shiprocket (shipping)
  • WhatsApp (order notifications)

We are not responsible for issues arising from these services beyond our control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Pondicherry.

12. Limitation of Liability

CarryCrafts shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays in delivery beyond our control
  • Minor variations in product appearance

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
