Refund & Return Policy

At CarryCrafts, all products are made with care. As we deal with custom-made and made-to-order items, our refund and return policy is strictly limited.
1. No Returns for Non-Defective Products
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Minor variations in color, size, or print alignment
- Custom/personalized products
Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
2. Custom Orders
All custom tote bags and 3D prints are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a clear manufacturing defect
If your design file has errors (low quality, wrong layout, etc.), that is your responsibility, not grounds for refund.
3. Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund
We will only process a replacement or refund if:
- The item is physically damaged upon delivery
- You received a wrong product
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
No other reasons will be accepted.
4. Mandatory Proof Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
To raise a claim, you must submit:
- Order number
- Contact details
- Clear images of:
- The product
- The issue/defect
- The packaging (outer box + label)
All claims must be submitted through our official refund request form.
Claims without proper proof will be rejected immediately.
5. Claim Time Window
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
6. Unboxing Video (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. For high-value or bulk orders, we may require video proof to process claims.
7. Resolution Process
After reviewing your claim:
- If approved → we will provide:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Refund (if replacement is not possible)
CarryCrafts reserves the right to decide the resolution method.
8. Refund Method
- efunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay).
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
9. Return Shipping
- If a return is required, instructions will be provided.
- In valid defect cases → we cover return/replacement.
- In any disputed or unclear case → customer may be required to ship the product back.
10. Bulk Orders
- Bulk orders are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
- Only damaged or defective items within the batch will be considered.
- Partial replacements may be provided instead of full refunds.
11. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
- Once production starts (especially for custom orders), cancellation is not allowed.
12. Abuse & Fraud Protection
CarryCrafts reserves the right to:
- Reject suspicious or repeated claims
- Deny refunds where proof is insufficient or manipulated
- Block users attempting to exploit the policy
